Change Order Notice I-18-4701 Const. Corridor Manager-Owner Representative Services IL 390-I 490

The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority is soliciting bids for Corridor Program Management, Corridor Construction Management, and Construction Management Services for the Elgin O'Hare Western Access corridor. The contract is being amended to provide additional services that were not anticipated in the current contract. These services include extended CPM services for the I-490 corridor due to schedule impacts and the construction of a new bridge. The contract was originally solicited on PSB 18-4 and approved by the Tollway Board on June 20, 2019, for $89,000,000. A first supplement was approved on May 25, 2023, to increase the contract by $11,200,000. This second supplement increases the contract amount by $5,072,000 for a revised contract amount of $105,272,000.
