The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide commercial‑institutional window coverings (shades, blinds, shutters, motorized systems) and related window film/tint, together with full lifecycle services – consulting, measurement, delivery, installation, removal, repair, maintenance, and warranty support – for a wide range of state‑owned facilities. This is a multi‑source, competitive sealed‑proposal solicitation that may award one or more vendors and allows renewals through 2029.
• Scope includes supply and installation of roller shades, solar shades, blackout shades, vertical/horizontal blinds, faux‑wood blinds, shutters, motorized coverings, and specialty/security coverings.
• Additional scope covers safety, solar control, glare‑reduction, privacy, and security window films.
• Vendor must provide consultation, site measurement, detailed quotations, delivery, installation, removal, repair, ongoing maintenance, and warranty‑related corrective services.
• Contracts are valid until 28 Feb 2029 with up to three one‑year renewals and optional month‑to‑month extensions.
