Description
The U.S. Embassy in Muscat, Oman is seeking a contractor to provide Diplomatic Pouch Services. The anticipated performance period is for a base year with four one-year periods, if exercised by the Government. The contractor will be responsible for providing diplomatic pouch services, which includes the transportation of diplomatic mail and packages. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest-priced technically-acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to contract award.
• The contractor must provide a quotation that includes all costs associated with providing the diplomatic pouch services.
• The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
• The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract.
