Description
The State of Maine is seeking quotations for the purchase of three Lamor Brush Skimmer Minimax 25 units with required accessories. The units must meet specific specifications, including length, width, height, weight, draft, certified capacity, free water collected, hydraulic flow, and hydraulic pressure. The bidder must ensure that the oil skimmer functions using a Lamor C75 3" diaphragm pump with an on-board hydraulic power pack for operation. The required accessories include a hydraulic hose set, drum module, disc module, oil transfer hose set, and hose float.
• The State intends to make one award as a result of this RFQ process.
• The award will be made to the lowest bid price per line.
• The State reserves the right to negotiate the purchase of additional units at the bid price for six months after the award is officially made.
• The delivery location is the Department of Environmental Protection, 106 Hogan Road, Bangor, ME 04401.
• The requested items will be inspected after delivery, and if shipment is deemed unacceptable, the delivery will be refused and returned at the risk and expense of the selling vendor.
