The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking expressions of interest to acquire land to expand or replace the Baltimore National Cemetery in Baltimore, MD. The land must be at least 8 acres and suitable for cemetery development, with a target search area in Baltimore City and the surrounding counties. The VA will only acquire a site based on fair market value and will not acquire a site within the 100-year flood plain or with restrictive covenants, unless there is no practicable alternative.
