Wing, Fin, Elevon Cartridges

The United States Air Force is seeking to establish a firm-fixed price contract for the procurement of Wing, Fin, and Elevon Cartridges for use in USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles. The contract will be awarded to a qualified source, and interested parties must submit a proposal to be considered. The acquisition includes four line items: Fin Cartridges, Cartridges used in the Elevon Deployment Actuator, Cartridges used in the Wing Deployment Actuator, and Technical Data. The place of contract performance will be determined upon contract award. • The USG intends to procure 65 Fin Cartridges, 40 Cartridges for the Elevon Deployment Actuator, and 120 Cartridges for the Wing Deployment Actuator. • The delivery period for all line items is on or before 24 months after contract award. • Foreign participation is permitted at the prime contractor level, but foreign-owned firms must contact the contracting officer to determine if there are any restrictions on receiving an award. • The JQR documents describing the required process to become qualified are listed in the attachments.
