The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified printer to produce 300 side‑stitched pamphlets titled “BMET 112 Schematics.” Each pamphlet consists of 56 pages (including a 4‑color cover) printed on specified cover and text paper, bound by side‑stitch, and shipped to METC IMD Print Services at Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contractor must meet GPO Quality Level 3 standards, provide a W‑9, and submit the quote via the GPO Publish portal by the deadline. Delivery of the completed pamphlets is required by early May 2026.
• Quantity: 300 pamphlets, 56 pages each (cover + text/fold‑out).
• Printing specs: 8½″ × 11″ finished size, 4‑color cover, black‑only text, offset or high‑resolution digital, 150‑line screen, ≥2400 × 2400 dpi × 1 bit or 600 × 600 dpi × 8 bit.
• Paper: Cover – JCP K10, 90 lb; Text – JCP A60, 50 lb; both white, uncoated.
• Binding & packaging: Side‑stitch, ≤40 lb per container, traceable shipping with notification.
• Submission: Online via GPO Publish portal by 10 a.m. ET, 5 Oct 2026; W‑9 required before payment.
