The City of Alexandria Water Department is seeking a single, new‑model Chlorine Handler Truck equipped with a knuckle‑boom crane to support its chemical handling operations. The vendor must supply a fully serviced, ready‑to‑use unit that meets detailed technical specifications, deliver it FOB freight prepaid to the city motor pool, and provide all required manuals and a minimum one‑year warranty. The contract is open to qualified Louisiana motor‑vehicle dealers or secondary manufacturers, and a mandatory pre‑bid conference must be attended.
• One (1) fully assembled chlorine‑handler truck with a HIAB‑type 5‑section knuckle‑boom crane (minimum 42 ft reach)
• Must meet specific hydraulic, electrical, and safety standards (FMVSS #108, PTO hour‑meter, etc.)
