Purchase of Aircraft

Texas Tech University System (TTUS) is seeking proposals from qualified aircraft brokers to provide brokerage services for the acquisition or lease of multiple reconditioned or new aircraft. The selected proposer will assist TTUS in evaluating which type of aircraft to acquire based on its needs and provide brokerage services during the negotiation and acquisition process. The contract term is for an initial one-year base term with the option to renew for five additional one-year renewal periods. Some key points to consider are: • The aircraft will be used for passengers and light cargo • TTUS intends to award master broker qualification contracts and may award to multiple proposers • The proposer must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in aircraft brokerage or aviation consulting • The proposer must provide a detailed compensation schedule for the services to be performed • The proposer must submit a list of five applicable clients, including contact information, for whom similar services have been provided
