National Aircraft Services - FY26

The United States Marshals Service (USMS), Department of Justice (DOJ), is seeking a contractor to provide national and international relocation, storage, maintenance, assessment, consultation, and disposal services for aircraft and related ancillary assets seized and forfeited under the DOJ Asset Forfeiture Program (AFP). The contractor will be required to provide these services for a variety of aircraft, including small fixed-wing general aviation aircraft, rotorcraft, airliners, and corporate size turbine-powered aircraft, as well as related assets such as avionic parts and equipment. The primary service area will be the United States, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, with possible international services required on a case-by-case basis. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-year ordering period and an option to extend services for up to 6 months. • The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to perform the required services. • The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide insurance coverage for all aircraft and related assets in their custody. • The contractor will be required to maintain accurate records of all services performed and provide regular reports to the USMS.
