D03 - Lab Oven Repair, Maintenance, Labor and Parts

The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking quotes for the repair, maintenance, labor, and parts for three Despatch V series ovens. The scope of work includes refurbishing/repairing/maintaining the ovens, specifically the door seals, handles, and controls. The successful bidder will be required to provide supplier terms and conditions, warranty information, and payment terms. The project must be completed within 30 days after acceptance of the bid. • The quote should include parts/materials, labor, travel, and miscellaneous costs. • The supplier should include shipping costs of parts/materials in the parts cost or specify if ODOT will be responsible. • The supplier should provide warranty time for parts/material and for service. • The supplier should provide payment terms. • The lead time for all parts/material/labor and completed service must be completed in 30 days after acceptance of the bid.
