Enderavour Middle School Remodel

The New Haven Community Schools is seeking bids for the remodel of Enderavour Middle School. The project includes various trades such as footings and foundations, concrete flatwork, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, roofing, glass and glazing, gypsum board, resilient flooring, painting, toilet partitions, food service equipment, bleachers, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work. The successful bidder will be required to provide payment and performance bonds. The project is subject to prevailing wage requirements. • The bidder must submit a signed and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement and Iran Economic Sanctions Act Affidavit of Compliance. • The bidder must submit a signed Equal Opportunity Statement. • The bidder must provide evidence of their safety record, including OSHA 300A forms and EMR. • The bidder must provide a sample certificate of insurance and a letter stating their bonding capacity. • The project is expected to start in May 2026 and the contractor will be required to complete the work according to the project milestone schedule.
