The City of Northglenn is soliciting bids for concrete improvements that include demolition of existing concrete/asphalt, placement of new concrete pavement, sidewalk installation, curb‑and‑gutter work, and related traffic‑control services. The scope comprises two primary work groups—Residential Concrete (items 1‑23) and Greenway Trails (items 24‑33)—plus two optional alternates for specific street locations (Washington Street and Lincoln Street). Bidders must comply with Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) mix‑design standards, maintain at least one traffic lane in each direction on Huron Street and 112th Avenue, and cannot route concrete delivery trucks over Greenway Trails, requiring alternate delivery methods. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder who submits unit prices for all line items and acknowledges receipt of the addenda.
• Demolition and removal of existing concrete, asphalt, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and benches.
