The City of Nashua is seeking proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide limited design services for the Keefe Auditorium. The selected firm will be responsible for studying and developing a sufficient level of design to inform the City and its potential preferred developer of the necessary components required to make the Keefe Auditorium a fully functioning facility. The scope of work includes developing three alternatives for the Keefe Auditorium: keeping it as is with minimal upgrades, upgrading it to host traveling companies of performers, and keeping only the façade and constructing a new theater. The firm will also provide renderings of possible exterior designs and a cost estimate for a conceptual project budget.
• The project requires the firm to have experience in architectural design and project management.
• The firm must be able to provide a team with the necessary skills and expertise to complete the project.
• The firm will be required to submit a proposal that includes a qualifications statement, references, and a cost proposal.
• The City of Nashua reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to negotiate any change or amendment in any proposal.
• The contract will be awarded based on a competitive selection of proposals received, and the City may choose to interview the top three respondents following ranking or immediately select a vendor from the proposals submitted.
