Steel Plate Beam Guards (2026)

The County of Dane is seeking bids for the purchase of steel plate beam guards. The contract will be for a one-year term, and the successful bidder will be required to provide the guards on an as-needed basis. The County reserves the right to determine the most advantageous bid based on criteria such as cost, bidder's past performance, and service reputation. • The contract will be effective on the date indicated on the Dane County purchase order or the Dane County contract execution date. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a certificate of insurance prior to performing any work under the contract. • The County reserves the right to add new items and locations at a price conforming to other like items on the contract. • The successful bidder will be required to comply with all safety requirements as set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce and all applicable OSHA Standards.
