The State of California, through the Air Resources Board, is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a CHN‑828 combustion analyzer and a suite of supporting accessories, balances, regulators, and service contracts for use across multiple CARB programs. The contract will be awarded on a lowest‑price‑responsive basis and requires delivery within 45 working days after receipt of a purchase order, with installation and two‑day on‑site training for up to three operators. The scope includes provision of the analyzer, required regulators, a Sartorius Entris II laboratory balance (with isoCal), consumables, and a four‑unit platinum‑level service contract, as well as remote‑access support and documentation compliance with California recycling and civil‑rights requirements.
