IF Manhole Rehabilitation

The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking a qualified vendor to perform rehabilitation work on three existing manholes within its service area. The work includes inspection, repair, replacement of structural components, and restoration to functional condition in accordance with SAWS specifications. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre‑bid conference and site visit in order to be eligible. Submissions are accepted electronically or via sealed bid, with a closing date of September 21, 2026.
