Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor to perform emergency repairs on an Industriac S9X3000 X-Ray machine located at the Letterkenny Munitions Center in Chambersburg, PA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to repair the machine, which is currently non-operational due to mechanical malfunction or failure. The contractor will be required to perform the repairs within a period of one month and will be monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC). The contractor will also be required to provide a service report and work requests as needed.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Performing on-site technical support services within 5 calendar days of contract award
* Providing travel costs, labor for inspection, and submission of a service report within 24 hours of completion
* Restoring the unit to a 100% operational condition with zero defects
* Providing a quote for over and above work as needed
