Description
The DLA Energy is seeking proposals for the supply of Marine Gas Oil (MGO) in Duqm, Oman. The contract requires the delivery of 9,425 Metric Tons of MGO, with a base reference price of $584.12 per Metric Ton. The offerors must submit their proposals electronically, including a Certificate of Analysis and a Commitment Letter from the supplier. The proposals are due on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET.
• The contract has specific requirements for ancillary charges, which should not exceed 10% of the total contract price for fuel per delivery order.
• The Government will not reimburse ancillary charges exceeding this amount.
• The offerors must include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Certificate of Quality (COQ) and a Commitment Letter from the supplier with each item offered.
