The DeKalb Regional Land Bank Authority (DRLBA) is soliciting sealed quotes from qualified contractors for demolition, debris removal, site restoration, and related services for a residential structure located at 6970 Braswell Street, Lithonia, Georgia 30058. The scope of work includes structure demolition, debris removal, foundation removal, site grading and stabilization, erosion control measures, and site restoration. A mandatory pre-site visit will be held on July 16, 2026.
• Demolition of residential structures and associated improvements
• Removal and lawful disposal of demolition debris
