Description
The New York City Department of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS) is seeking bids to procure Marine Engine Diesel Exhaust Fluid for use by the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) Staten Island Ferry. The contract term will be for a period of five years, from February 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the fluid in tank wagons equipped with meters, as requested by NYCDOT's shipping instructions. The city reserves the right to request samples of the product for evaluation and testing.
