ITB No. 25-2876-9JL - Richmond Henrico Turnpike Improvements

The Henrico County Government is soliciting bids for a 1.15‑mile improvement of the Richmond‑Henrico Turnpike (R‑HT). The project includes a four‑lane curb‑and‑gutter roadway with either a shared left‑turn lane or raised median, a ten‑foot shared‑use path with lighting, a five‑foot sidewalk, new drainage, two stormwater facilities, public water and sanitary sewer upgrades, signage, pavement markings, and a new triple‑box culvert over Horse Swamp Creek.
