Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The scope of work includes the demolition of improvements, structures, or other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contractor will be required to provide a performance and payment bond, as well as proof of insurance. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, and the contractor will be required to complete all work within that timeframe.
• The contractor must be pre-qualified in the right of way property management service class.
• The contractor must provide a bid price that includes all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required for completion of the project.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to asbestos removal and disposal.
• The contractor must provide a performance and payment bond, as well as proof of insurance.
• The contractor must complete all work within the 30-day contract period.
