FC0002689 – Site 324 FA4 LEO DNR ETDM – Big Pool

The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for Site 324 FA4 LEO DNR ETDM – Big Pool. The contractor will be responsible for providing connectivity to State locations served by a State data aggregation facility. The services must meet or exceed the technical requirements described in the Data Telecommunications Services Master Contract. The contractor will be required to furnish key personnel, provide a project manager, and maintain end-to-end network availability at a 99.7% uptime for each installed circuit. • The contractor must submit a proposal that includes a brief description of services, an updated on-net list, a timeline for installation, and a list of assumptions that impact installation and delivery. • The contractor must also provide a price sheet with all proposed services, including all rates fully loaded, and a description of any assumptions on which the proposal is based. • The contractor will be selected based on the lowest proposed price for each location and Functional Area. • The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the option for the State to make changes in the work within the general scope of the contract. • The contractor will be required to provide maintenance support to the locations specified in the contract on a 24x7x365 basis.
