Budget estimate

$58,000 – $66,000

The solicitation lists an estimated initial contract value of $62,000. Considering the limited scope (materials only, no installation) and typical market rates for GCL rolls ($3,500‑$4,000 each) plus bentonite bags ($30‑$45 each), the total procurement cost is likely to fall between $58,000 and $66,000. Thus the client can expect earnings in roughly the $60k‑$65k range, subject to tax and any freight cost adjustments.
