Processing of USDA Donated Foods and the provision

The Wayne RESA is seeking a vendor to process USDA donated foods and provide commercial equivalents. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The vendor will be required to provide pricing for the processing of USDA donated foods and commercial equivalents. The contract will be open to all school districts and governmental agencies that are part of the MOR consortium. The vendor should be aware that the names and number of districts/entities may change, and the commercial pricing offered will be open to any school district or governmental agency that joins the consortium. • The vendor will be required to provide electronic submissions of all bid documents, including the Excel Spreadsheet, Instructions and Technical Response Form, and Nutrition Documentation. • The vendor will be required to include the company name in the subject line of the bid response email. • The vendor should be aware that late responses will not be opened or evaluated. • The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation of the proposals, and the Executive Director of MOR will open and record all bids after the deadline.
