Description
The Department of Developmental Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide repairs and tests for a dry sprinkler system at a residential group home in Taunton, MA. The contractor will be responsible for performing various tasks, including a 5-year FDC hydrostatic test, a 5-year internal test on the dry system, and a 3-year dry leak test on the dry system. The contractor will also replace 45 dry pendants, add a lock and chain to the control valve, and add an FDC sign. The system must be brought up to NFPA and local AHJ standards.
