The City of Dubuque is seeking bids for the 2026 Public Works Asphalt Overlay Program, Sidewalk Curb Ramp Project - Bid Package 1. The project involves the installation of 34 ADA accessible curb ramps along various street locations in Dubuque, Iowa. The scope of work includes all labor, equipment, and materials to install the curb ramps, as well as adjacent pavement, sidewalks, storm sewer, and landscape restoration work. • The project must be completed by May 22, 2026. • A bid security of 10% of the contract amount is required. • The City of Dubuque reserves the right to reject any and all bids. • The project is subject to the City's Title VI Non-Discrimination Clause. • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Policy Requirements and Targeted Small Businesses (TSB) Affirmative Action Responsibilities are not applicable for this project.
