Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a service agreement for the maintenance of LSR Fortessa and Facs Flow Supply System equipment. The contract will include unlimited priority on-site repair services, preventative maintenance visits, and unlimited telephone support. The contractor will provide all necessary parts and equipment necessary to perform remedial repair and planned maintenance, excluding consumables. The contract will have a base year and two option years, with a firm-fixed price and a common anniversary date for all covered items. The agency may cancel the agreement or selected coverage for any reason via 30 days written notice.
• The contract will include online access for all inventory and service-related data.
• The contractor will provide technical support, remedial repair as needed, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.
• The contractor will provide software revisions released during the agreement term.
• The agency may add similar equipment at any time during the contract term.
