Description
The Barrow County School District is seeking competitive bids for Jar Systems batteries. The district is looking for USB-C Active Charge Power Bank Kits (yellow) - PBYLUSBC, with an anticipated quantity of 125 kits for a total of 500 batteries. Vendors may also propose USB-C Active Charge Power Bank Kits (black) - PBUSBC as an alternate option. The kits must come with USB-C to USB-C cables. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informality in bidding.
• The proposed kits must be new and sold through authorized manufacturer channels.
• No grey market responses will be accepted.
• Proof of authorization to sell manufacturer’s products being offered may be required before responses will be accepted.
• Vendors must specify estimated ship times for anticipated quantities and describe any anticipated delays in manufacturing or delivery.
• The district may accept any bid offered on an all, some, or none basis, within funds available, whichever is in the best interest of the school system.
