Description
The Pellston Public Schools is seeking a qualified asphalt paving contractor to mill existing parking lots and install a new finish layer with pavement markings at Pelston Elementary and Middle/High Schools. The project includes removing 1-1/2” of existing asphalt pavement, repairing damaged areas, and installing a new 2” finish layer of asphalt. The contractor will also be responsible for painting new parking lot markings to match the original layout.

The contractor will be required to provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability insurance. The contract will be awarded to the proposer whose proposal best complies with the project requirements.
