2 Directional Couplers

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking information from industry sources for the provision of 2 directional couplers. The couplers will be used in a laboratory setting to sample high-power waveforms used in semiconductor plasma processing. NIST is looking for companies that can provide high-power dual directional couplers that can handle waveforms up to 5 kW. The notice is for market research purposes only, and NIST does not intend to award a contract based on responses.
