Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a solicitation to add parts to the Subsumable Contract SPRRA2-25-D-0016 under the (Alpha 6) Long-Term Contract (LTC) Umbrella Contract SPRBL1-25-D-0006. The parts will support the Patriot Missile and other systems. The solicitation is sole sourced to Raytheon Company, CAGE 05716. The proposal should include proposed order sizes, evidence-based delivery schedules, price ranges, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ), and Best Estimated Quantities (BEQ). The Government expects the offeror to propose only the quantities and price ranges that can be supported and is open to negotiating any items related to quantity or price ranges.
• The solicitation includes a list of NSN/Part Numbers in Enclosure 1.
• The proposal should be in full compliance with the instructions of this RFP.
• The basic terms and conditions of the Umbrella Contract SPRBL1-25-D-0006 shall govern the contractors' and Governments' rights and obligations.
• The offeror may propose alternative sole source parts for the requested items provided the alternative parts have the same form, fit, and function.
• The Government reserves the right to award the NSNs/Parts of this letter RFP either on the same contract modification or separate contract modification, increment add-on, or delivery order.
