Construction of Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C, RFQ 683888

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct Crosstrail Boulevard Segment C, a four-lane median divided roadway connecting Sycolin Road and the Dulles Greenway. The project includes a four-span bridge over the south tributary to Sycolin Creek and requires various services such as surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, rock excavation, erosion and sediment control, and compliance with applicable permits. • The project length is approximately 2,700 linear feet. • A Pre-Bid Conference will be held virtually on September 22, 2025, at 11:00 am. • The general scope of work includes all surveying, construction layout, maintenance of traffic, earthwork, rock excavation, erosion and sediment control, and complete compliance with all applicable permits. • The project requires compliance with Virginia Stormwater Management Program (VSMP)/Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) requirements, building trade permits, and environmental permits.
