Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of one home located in Tulsa County. The work includes repairs such as carpentry, drywall and finish, electrical, and HVAC, and must be completed within 10 working days. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations, including TERO certification.
• The project requires a Mandatory Bid Response sheet and Work Write Up to be fully completed.
• Bidders must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The project is subject to the Buy American provisions and the Davis-Bacon Wage Rate.
• The successful bidder will be required to provide insurance certificates and complete a Request for Acceptance of Subcontractor form if a subcontractor is utilized.
• The project has a one-year warranty period for faulty materials or workmanship.
