Description
The Norwell Housing Authority is seeking a general contractor to perform structural slab repair and associated interior finish work at the Norwell Gardens 667‑01 development. The scope includes grinding uneven slab edges, installing compressible filler and backer rod, feathered cementitious patching, and then installing luxury vinyl‑tile (LVT) flooring with resilient wall base and related accessories. All work must meet specified performance criteria, including moisture testing, flatness, and a wet dynamic coefficient of friction of at least 0.43. Bidders must submit a 5 % bid deposit, reference Addendum 1, and provide submittals for product data, samples, and installer qualifications.
