Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement

The County of Yuba is seeking a qualified firm to provide on-call traffic signal maintenance and emergency repair services for traffic signals at various County Road Intersections. The selected firm will perform routine maintenance, provide technical support and consulting services, and respond to emergency repairs. The contract will have an initial term of 5 years and may be extended for up to 2 additional years. Key responsibilities include: • Routine maintenance services, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inspections and repairs • Technical support and consulting services, including reviewing traffic signal designs and providing expert recommendations • Emergency repair services, including 24/7 on-call response and guaranteed maximum response time of 1.5 hours The County anticipates the addition of new signalized intersections in the future and expects the selected firm to incorporate these locations into the maintenance program.
