Description
The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to repair one unit of the HEATEXCHANGER,AIR (NSN 7RH 1660 009094310 BP, Part Number 181700-1-1). The repair work should be performed in accordance with the contractor's repair/overhaul standard practices, manuals, and directives. The contractor must also provide a throughput constraint for each NSN and ensure that the material supplied under this contract contains no metallic mercury and is free from mercury contamination.
• The contractor must maintain the total equipment baseline configuration of the parts on this contract, including hardware, software, and firmware.
• The contractor must submit all engineering change proposals and requests for variance to the Procurement Contracting Officer for approval.
• The contractor must provide a detailed pricing proposal for the repair work, including delivery and turnaround time.
• The contractor must ensure that all packaging and marking are in accordance with best standard commercial packaging for overseas shipment.
