CCP Parking Lot Rehabilitation

The Genesee Intermediate School District is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Center for Countywide Programs parking lot. The project includes the replacement of concrete parking lot and sidewalk, as well as the removal and replacement of driveway and sidewalk. The bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education or the Superintendent of GISD. The bid must also be accompanied by a signed statement certifying that the contractor is not an Iran Linked Business and a signed Safety Affidavit by the contractor. • The project includes the replacement of 1,094 square yards of pavement, 1,094 square yards of driveway, and 119 square yards of sidewalk. • The bid must be submitted on the forms provided by the Engineer, ROWE Professional Services Company. • The bid must be accompanied by a bid security and a prevailing wage annual certification/registration. • The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal.
