ITB No. 26-2950-4EAR - East Highland Park (SH-2R-02) Sewer Rehabilitation Phase 2

The Henrico County Government is seeking contractors to perform extensive sewer rehabilitation in the East Highland Park area (Phase 2). The scope includes installation and replacement of new sewer pipe, cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) lining, heavy cleaning of existing mains, rehabilitation and replacement of sewer laterals, installation of inspection ports and manholes, as well as related water‑main work. The contractor must deliver a complete, functional sanitary sewer and water system as defined in the contract documents. • Install/replace ~649 ft of 8‑in. pipe and ~37 ft of 12‑in. pipe. • Apply CIPP lining to ~28,394 ft of sanitary sewer (8‑in.‑12 in.). • Clean ~19,255 ft of existing mains, rehabilitate 541 laterals and replace 20 laterals. • Install 479 inspection ports, 11 new manholes, rehabilitate 146 existing manholes, and add 1 new lateral. • Install 434 ft of 6‑in. DI water main, replace 3 water services, and add 1 new water service.
