Install Infantry Moving Targets, Range 206, Grafenwoehr Training Area

This project involves the installation of infantry moving targets at the Grafenwoehr Training Area. The work includes creating new target pits, installing prefabricated concrete elements, and demolishing existing target pits. The contractor will be responsible for complying with German laws and regulations, as well as ensuring the safety and health of workers on the site. The project requires the contractor to provide a quality control plan, dispose of debris and contaminated soil, and load and transport materials. Some key tasks include: • Creating 30 new moving infantry and 20 stationary infantry target pits • Installing prefabricated concrete elements for all new target pits • Demolishing 9 old stationary personnel target pits • Testing and disposing of concrete and asphalt demolished material • Coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to establish a quality control plan • Disposing of debris and contaminated soil in accordance with German laws and regulations
