287th Street Reconstruction and 2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program-CE

The Miami County is seeking a qualified firm to provide construction engineering (inspection) services for the 287th Street Reconstruction Project and the 2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program. The project involves the reconstruction of 287th Street and Osawatomie Road, as well as mill and overlays at various locations. The selected firm will be required to provide a competent construction inspector/observer to observe the work in progress and ensure that it conforms to the contract requirements. The contract term is approximately one year, with the option to renew. • The project is funded by Sales Tax and Miami County Road and Bridge Funds. • The contract time is set for 90 calendar days for the 287th Street Reconstruction Project and 120 working days for the 2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program. • The firm will be required to provide certificates of insurance for Professional Liability, General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation. • The firm will be required to maintain insurance coverage for the duration of the contract.
