26-014 Corrugated Metal Pipe

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for Corrugated Metal Pipe. The bid is for up to approximately 3,500 linear feet of pipe, meeting the St. Charles County Standard Specifications for Arterial Highway Construction, 2020 Edition. The pipe will be purchased intermittently throughout the year and delivered to various Highway Department facilities. The contract shall be effective for approximately 12 months from the date of the notice of award. • The pipe must meet specific standards, including ASTM A929, and have annular corrugation at the ends. • The bid must include unit prices and extension prices for various sizes of pipe. • The bidder must provide proof of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act. • The bidder must certify that they are not engaged in a boycott of goods or services from the State of Israel. • The bidder must complete and return the Affidavit of Work Authorization, certifying that they are enrolled and will continue to participate in the E-Verify federal work authorization program.
