This acquisition is a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract for domestically‑manufactured Halyard Sterling SG nitrile examination gloves in six sizes, intended to supply the Defense Health Agency through the DLA Medical‑Surgical Prime Vendor program. The contract provides a one‑year base period with two six‑month options, a guaranteed minimum of $13.2 M and a maximum ceiling of $105.6 M, and requires all manufacturing, packaging, and labeling to occur in the United States. The award will establish a national supply source and includes requirements for clinical testing, packaging in the SmartPull® dispenser box, and strict FDA 510(k) and cGMP compliance.
