Description
The government is seeking to purchase an air compressor system, which includes a breathing air filling system, compressor, control system, treatment system, and other components. The system must meet specific technical requirements, including a delivery capacity of up to 700 l/min, a permissible inlet concentration of 1000 ppm CO2, and a reduction of the input concentration by ¾ of the value. The system must also include a filter system, oil and water separator, and a condensate drain. The compressor system must be equipped with a load cycle counter, and the control system must have a 3.5" TFT color display, semi-automatic or fully automatic operation, and password protection. The treatment system must include a filter system with integrated oil and water separator, and the compressor must be equipped with a soundproofed breathing air compressor.
• The system must meet the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU and the DIN EN 12021:2014-07 standard.
• The system must include a declaration of conformity, a type plate, and a flow chart.
• The system must be installed and commissioned by the manufacturer, and the manufacturer must provide training for the operating personnel.
• The system must include a storage trolley for 6.8 L breathing air cylinders, and a wall bracket for the filling hoses.
