Description
The St Charles County Engineer’s Office is soliciting bids for the Hopewell Road Improvements project, which encompasses roughly 5,500 linear feet of roadway upgrades. The work includes a new roundabout, widening of existing pavement, installation of new asphalt and non‑reinforced concrete surfaces, curb and gutter, concrete islands/medians, sidewalks, asphalt trails, and associated storm‑sewer improvements, together with all required signage, striping, and lighting. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, equipment, and comply with prevailing‑wage, safety, and MoDOT pre‑qualification requirements.
