The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Corrections, is soliciting bids for the installation of a new Hybrid Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (HPIDS) and structural repairs to the existing masonry perimeter wall and replacement of the barb wire on existing chain link perimeter fencing at the Kentucky State Penitentiary in Eddyville, Kentucky. The project includes the installation of a new security fence addition. A site visit meeting will be held on 1/12/2026 at 11:00 A.M. Central Time, and all bidders must attend this meeting. The bid submission deadline is 1/27/2026.
