Description
The Navajo Nation Broadband Office seeks a qualified telecommunications provider to deliver leased lit fiber circuits with Ethernet hand‑off to the Standing Rock Chapter House and associated sites, including full construction, installation, and ongoing maintenance. The contract must cover a range of bandwidth options (100 Mbps up to 10 Gbps), incorporate all special‑construction costs (conduit, trenching, ROW, permits, design, etc.), and satisfy strict performance SLAs (≥99.99 % availability, ≤25 ms latency, 4‑hour MTTR). The award will be funded through the U.S. Department of Education E‑Rate program (Category 1) with a three‑year base term and possible two one‑year extensions. Optional non‑E‑Rate infrastructure (buried or aerial dark fiber) may be added for the Navajo Nation’s direct payment.
