The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is seeking a contractor to repair the LP-1001CA antenna at the Mount Weather Emergency Operations Center. The contractor will be required to provide firm-fixed pricing for the services specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The Government requests pricing for the services listed in the SOW to be in effect for thirty (30) days after the date of the RFQ response. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. The technical approach should not include prices. The price breakdown should be provided as a separate document.
Some key points to consider include:
• The contractor must describe their technical methodologies, techniques, processes, plans, and other information for accomplishing SOW technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide past performance information for services directly related and relevant to the services to be performed under the SOW.
• The contractor must provide a cost breakdown to show the labor, travel, material costs, and other direct costs to show how the final firm fixed price amount was calculated.
• The Government's desired completion time is 45 days or sooner after receipt of order.
