Description
This solicitation invites qualified contractors to perform a comprehensive roadway rehabilitation project on Howdershell Road between Interstate 270 and Utz Lane. The work includes milling and overlay of the existing pavement, base repairs, installation of ADA‑compliant curb ramps and sidewalks, and upgrades/replacements of traffic signals along the corridor.
